Can we learn all Machine Learning algorithms in one place?

Yes, we can learn all machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, and neural networks at one go.

Firstly we will prefer good books over online courses.

There are reasons or algorithms behind this decision.

Certainly it is not a linear decision.

At the same time we can go through some research papers that are available over the internet.

Academic people submit those research papers. Therefore a lot of meat is there to gobble up.

It is not a sin, because we are keen to learn machine learning algorithms.

Remember something akin to learning leads always to earning.

Especially when it is machine learning.

If you are a complete beginner your journey to learn TensorFlow might start from here.

For the TensorFlow beginners we have a dedicated category – TensorFlow for Beginners.
But besides that, you may need to learn several other machine learning and data science libraries.

As a result, you may check these categories as well – NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.

However, without learning Python, you cannot learn the usages of these libraries. Why? Because they all use Python as the Programming language.

Therefore please learn Python at the very beginning and start learning TensorFlow.

And, finally please check our Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics and Data Structures categories specially. We have tried to discuss from basic to intermediate level so that you can pick up the core ideas of TensorFlow.

At present two good books come to my mind.

Those are not very hard to find.

“An Introduction to Statistical Learning” by Gareth James.

And “Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning” by Christopher Bishop.

The books can hop along with the courses.

And hopefully that will not bring any remorses.

For online courses we can start searching YouTube.

We will find good free tutorials, and There are a few.

They will cover the basics of various algorithms.

Next about the research papers.

We will find them in academic journals.

If we type algorithms names like linear regression, in a search engine, the names of the papers will appear.

Finally, Open-source libraries documentation will help us a lot.

There are various Popular open-source libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow which have implementations of many machine learning algorithms.

However, at the end, it’s important to understand the mathematics behind each algorithm.

That is important.

No, it will not produce a result instantly.

But slowly and steadily you will gain confidence.
